Welcome to EAT! (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including visiting our premises, placing orders, and interacting with our website. 2. Orders and Payment 

  • Order Placement: Orders can be placed in person, over the phone, or through our online platform (if applicable). All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 
  • Payment: Payment for orders can be made using cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods as specified by us. Full payment must be received before the order is prepared or delivered. 
  • Pricing: All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without notice. 
  • Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Refunds will not be provided for orders canceled by customers. 

3. Delivery and Pickup 

  • Delivery: We offer delivery within specified areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delays beyond our control. 
  • Pickup: Customers may also opt to pick up their orders from our shop. Orders must be collected within the specified time frame; we are not responsible for orders left uncollected beyond this period. 

4. Food Quality and Safety 

  • We strive to maintain high standards of food quality and safety. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us at the time of ordering. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our food will be free from allergens or cross-contamination. 

5. Returns and Refunds 

  • Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered or collected. 
  • Refunds: Refunds are only issued if an order is canceled by us due to unforeseen circumstances or if there is a proven quality issue with the food. Any refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the order, accompanied by relevant evidence. 

6. Customer Conduct 

  • We expect our customers to treat our staff with respect and courtesy. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders for customers who engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior. 

7. Intellectual Property
