  • We deliver within a 10 km radius from our shop located in Sanatnagar, Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. This includes nearby neighborhoods and localities within the specified range. 
  • Delivery availability is subject to the correct address being provided and the delivery location being accessible within our service area. We reserve the right to decline delivery to certain locations based on safety or accessibility concerns. 

3. Delivery Times 

  • Operating Hours: We offer delivery during our regular business hours. Please check our website or contact us directly for specific operating hours on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. 
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Typically, delivery orders are fulfilled within 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the order volume, location, traffic, and weather conditions. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary. 
  • Peak Times: Delivery may take longer during peak hours (lunch, dinner, weekends, and holidays). We appreciate your patience during these periods. 

4. Delivery Fees 

  • A delivery fee may be applied based on the distance from our shop and will be communicated to you at the time of order placement. 
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once the delivery process has begun, even if there are delays due to unforeseen circumstances. 

5. Order Tracking and Updates 

  • We will provide an estimated delivery time upon order confirmation. In case of any delays, our team will contact you with updates. 
  • If you have any queries regarding the status of your order, you can contact us directly via phone or our online platform (if available). 

6. Customer Responsibilities 

  • Correct Address: Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address, contact details, and any special instructions (e.g., building access or landmarks). We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. 
  • Availability: Customers are expected to be available at the specified delivery location during the estimated delivery window. If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery staff will attempt to contact you. If contact cannot be made, the order will be returned to the shop, and a redelivery charge may apply.

  • Delayed Delivery: If delivery is significantly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., heavy traffic, weather conditions, or operational issues), we will notify you promptly. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations. 
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive an order with incorrect or missing items, please notify us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or provide an alternative solution as per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

  • For your safety and convenience, we offer contactless delivery. Our delivery staff will place your order at your doorstep and notify you upon arrival, minimizing direct contact. 

9. Changes and Cancellations 

  • Changes to delivery orders must be requested immediately after placing the order. Once the order has been prepared or dispatched, modifications or cancellations will not be accepted. 
  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
